Bijou Animal Hospital has been serving central Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak Region since 1959. You can expect competent and compassionate care for your cats, dogs, ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits and other small rodents in a comfortable and clean environment. As our client we will treat you like family, as we have the pleasure of caring for pets of several generations of the families that started with us in the 1960's. Needless to say, we will be here when you need us. Our dedicated staff includes seven veterinarians with a combined 100 years experience, complimented by outstanding veterinary technicians and support staff. We love what we do, and are committed to provide you the same quality of care that we would expect for our own pets.

As part of our commitment to quality, Bijou Animal Hospital has been an accredited member hospital of the American Animal Hospital Association(AAHA) since 1984. AAHA hospital accreditation means that we voluntarily submit to a review every three years of our surgical procedures, laboratory facilities, imaging equipment, animal care facilities, business practices and continuing education. This certification ensures to you that our hospital is held to high standards and enhances our ability to provide the best quality of care available in a general practice.
