When you get here for your pet's appointment, we ask that you stay in your car and a receptionist should be in the parking lot to check you in. If you do not see a receptionist please call the office to check-in. Please wait a few minutes before calling the office, the receptionist might be running a pet in, or running a pet out, or at another car. If you call in the phone lines get backed up so please wait before needing to call in. We will bring them in when the doctor is ready. We will have you stay in the car and the doctor will call after the exam and speak to you over the phone. We ask that you wait in the parking lot and we will check you out from your car after the appointment. Please make sure you have a cell phone with you for the doctor and staff to call. If you are bringing a cat we do ask that you bring them in a carrier.
